Seafood. Ocean's Treasure



Fast and easy shrimp .

What you need:
1 LB of shrimp, cleaned, cooked, frozen, thawed without the tail
1 small lemon, juiced
1 cup melted unsalted butter (can use margarine)
1 TBS olive oil
1 clove of garlic, smashed
1 TBS chopped Italian parsley
1/4 of an onion, chopped
1/2 TSP of cracked black pepper, red paprika

In a pot, add olive oil, onion, garlic, cracked black pepper
and paprika. Saute for 5 minutes or until onions become translucent.
Add butter and lime juice. Let simmer for few minuets and then add
shrimp. Add parsley and turn the heat off and let sit for 5 minuets
before serving.

Here are a few ways to serve and eat this delicious dish:
Over your favorite pasta
Over garlic toasted French or Italian bread
Over rice (especially Spanish rice)
Over a tossed salad (mixed greens)
OR as a soup
Just add 2 cups of chicken stock to prepared shrimp dish with a bit
of grated ginger.
